"Residential-scale system" means a renewable energy system or systems located at a single situs with combined nameplate capacity of twelve kilowatts direct current or less that meets the applicable system eligibility requirements established in section 6, chapter 36, Laws of 2017, 3rd sp. sess. (ESSB 5939).
