This letter is notification that the PSAPCA board of directors has elected to withdraw the subject proposal, WSR 98-21-036 which was filed on October 14, 1998, as a continuance of WSR 98-18-087. This proposal was to continue a hearing amending Regulation I, Section 9.16 regarding spray-coating operations.
