This memo is notice that Department of Health is withdrawing
the statement of inquiry for WAC 246-316-990 which was filed with
the Code Reviser on February 2 [4], 1998, as WSR 98-04-091. This
CR-101 is being withdrawn because of a change in the authorizing
statute, RCW 18.20.040, which transferred all powers, functions,
duties and personnel for the boarding homes program from the
Department of Health to the Department of Social and Health
Services.
