The Department of Ecology's spill prevention, preparedness, and response program is
accepting comments on the 1998-1999 Accepted Industry Standards for Cargo and Passenger
Vessel Inspections (AIS) published in the Washington State Register on February 17, 1999, page
115, (WSR 99-04-115).Comments will be accepted until April 16, 1999, and may be submitted in writing to:
