PERMANENT RULES
CLEAN AIR AUTHORITY
Date of Adoption: March 8, 2000.
Purpose: To enable the authority to assist the citizens, jurisdictions, and businesses of Yakima County to restore and maintain air quality which conforms to applicable air quality standards with minimal community disruption.
Citation of Existing Rules Affected by this Order: Repealing Restated Regulation I of the Yakima County Clean Air Authority.
Statutory Authority for Adoption: Chapter 70.94 RCW.
Adopted under notice filed as WSR 00-02-034 on December 29, 1999.
Changes Other than Editing from Proposed to Adopted Version: The enclosed public comment, staff response and changes, and the staff comments responses and changes documents show all the changes made in the text from the text printed in the February 16, 2000 WSR.
