Chairperson, Dr. Barbara Andersen, has called a special
meeting of the board of trustees for Monday, July 24, 2000, 2:00
p.m. This meeting is being held as a work session, for the board
of trustees. Business to be transacted will address board
policies and governance. The board of trustees will adjourn to
executive session regarding personnel after the open portion of
the meeting. Action items, if any, made necessary by the
forgoing discussion.
