] The Department of Ecology requests the withdrawal of the
proposed expedited adoption filed on May 15, 2000, under WSR
00-11-065 for chapter 173-145 WAC, Administration of flood
control assistance account program. The department will follow up with another CR-102XA that
will incorporate additional amendments to the original proposal.
