NOTICE OF APPEAL(RCW 34.05.330(3))
On July 27, 2000 the Governor received an appeal dated July
24, 2000 of the denial by the Department of Social and Health
Services on June 30, 2000 of a petition to amend Washington
Administrative Code Sec. 388-97-005 regarding the definitions of
the terms "reasonable accommodation" and "reasonably accommodate"
for certain purposes. The denied petition was dated April 29,
2000, and was filed by Restorative Care Center, d/b/a Washington
Center for Comprehensive Rehabilitation. DATED: July 31, 2000
