] The Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission filed
a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101) regarding
telecommunications carrier-to-carrier service standards on May
18, 1999, WSR 99-11-068. After further consideration, the
commission had decided not to proceed with this rule-making
proceeding and requests that the CR-101 be withdrawn. Questions regarding this matter should be addressed to Bob
