The Washington State Clemency and Pardons Board hereby files
with the code reviser the following: On October 10, 2000, at
4:00 p.m. there will be a conference call among the board members
to take action on the Rogelio Herrera case. A speaker phone will
be available for public participation in Senate Hearing Room 3 of
the John A. Cherberg Building.
