Subject of Possible Rule Making: Chapter 478-116 WAC, Parking and traffic rules of the University of Washington.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.10.560 and 28B.20.130.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Rules in chapter 478-116 WAC support the University of Washington's parking, police, and transportation organizations. The rules have not been revised in several years and revisions are needed.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
