NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

CONVENTION AND

TRADE CENTER

[ Memorandum -- October 30, 2000 ]

Pursuant to WSCTC board action, following is Resolution No. 495 establishing the 2001 regular meeting schedule of the board of directors. All regular meetings of the board will be held at the Convention Center.

RESOLUTION NO. 495

A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE WASHINGTON STATE CONVENTION & TRADE CENTER (WSCTC) ESTABLISHING THE 2001 REGULAR MEETING SCHEDULE

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to establish a schedule for regular meetings of the Board in the year 2001; and

WHEREAS, the regular meetings of the Board will be held at 1:30 p.m. January through June 2001 and at 2:00 pm July through December 2001 at the Convention Center; and

WHEREAS, the Board of Directors desires to publish its schedule of meeting dates in the State Register as contemplated by the Open Public Meetings Act at RCW 42.30.075;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that regular meetings of the WSCTC Board of Directors in the year 2001 shall be held at the Convention Center, 800 Convention Place, Seattle, Washington at 1:30 p.m. on the following dates:

January 10
February 21
March 21
April 18
May 16
June 20
July 17
September 18
October 16
November 13
December 18
and

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the Chairman of the Board, or his designee, shall take the steps necessary to publish notice of the time and place of regular meetings in the State Register as contemplated by the Open Public Meetings Act at RCW 42.30.075.
