Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 478-136-030 Limitations on the use of University of Washington facilities.

Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 28B.20.130.

Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Amendments are necessary to incorporate into the university's rules on the use of university facilities existing and amended policies governing advertising and use of scoreboards at sports facilities.

Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
