аааа Subject: Updated billing and reimbursement requirements for the diabetes education program.

аааа Effective Date: July 1, 2000.

аааа Document Description: The purpose of this memorandum is to let providers know that effective with dates of service on and after July 1, 2000, MAA changed the following areas of the diabetes education program:

Х Who can apply to be a diabetes education provider;

Х Maximum allowable rates; and

Х Frequency of reimbursement for core modules per client.
