Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Electronic facsimiles of cards were recently approved to operate in Washington state card rooms. This filing will codify technical and regulatory requirements necessary to operate the device, including operating, record-keeping, tracking and shipping requirements.
