Chairperson, Mr. Jess del Bosque, has called a special
meeting of the board of trustees for Tuesday, May 28, 2002, at
2:00 p.m. This meeting will convene into executive session for
the purpose of discussing and interviewing a consultant to assist
in the presidential search process. Upon conclusion of the
executive session, final action may be taken in open session
regarding the selection of a consultant to assist in the
presidential search process, if necessary.
