] The Washington Horse Racing Commission (WHRC) would like
to withdraw our CR-101 preproposing amendments to chapter 260-36 WAC, WSR 03-21-054. On October 16, 2003, the WHRC
filed another CR-101, WSR 03-21-076, which broaden the scope
