WITHDRAWAL OF
PREPROPOSAL STATEMENT OF INQUIRY
The department of ecology is withdrawing the CR-101 Preproposal statement of inquiry filed on June 7, 2006, as WSR 06-12-121. Immediately following this withdrawal, ecology is filing a new proposal [preproposal] statement of inquiry. This new filing clarifies the department's statutory authority for this rule making.
