     Date of Intended Adoption: January 26, 2007.

     Statute Being Implemented: E2SHB 3098 (chapter 263, Laws of 2006).

     Rule is not necessitated by federal law, federal or state court decision.

     The following chapter of the Washington Administrative Code is repealed:
WAC 180-37-005 Purpose and authority.
WAC 180-37-010 Nonpublic agency approval procedure.
