NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

CONVENTION AND TRADE CENTER

     The board of directors of the Washington state convention and trade center has approved the following meeting dates through the fiscal year 2008. A planning retreat has been added to the schedule.


Board Planning Retreat
June 6, 2007 (Wednesday)

9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

to be held at

the Hotel 1000

1000 First Avenue

Seattle, WA 98104

     Agenda will include strategic planning sessions for fiscal year 2007-2008. The board anticipates taking action at this meeting to approve the corporate goals and marketing plan for the next fiscal year.


Regular Board Meeting Dates
     With the exception of the board retreat, all meetings will be held at the Washington state convention and trade center.

May 20, 2008

     All regular meetings have been scheduled bimonthly for the third Tuesday of the month, with a start time of 2:00 p.m. Meeting rooms are not noted because the room location may change on short notice as event needs dictate.
