DIVISION OF BANKS

Possible CR-101 to be filed regarding a bank fee increase in FY 2008.

DIVISION OF CONSUMR [CONSUMER] SERVICES

CR-101 filed to amend chapter 208-630 WAC relating to check casher and sellers and payday loans -- Military personnel, customer identification, internet payday loans, etc.
CR-101 filed to amend chapter 208-660 WAC relating to mortgage brokers and loan originators, implementing guidance on nontraditional loan products and other various amendments.
CR-101 filed to amend chapter 208-620 WAC, Consumer loan companies, regarding nontraditional loan products, a national licensing database, etc.

DIVISION OF CREDIT UNIONS

The division has filed a CR-101 regarding possible rules for an alternative share insurance program for companies providing private share insurance (WAC 208-800-0010 through 208-800-400). The rule would set forth requirements for the private share insurer.
CR-101 filed for alternative share insurance rules to clarify the requirements for credit unions that want to convert to a private share insurance program.
Possible CR-101 to be filed regarding a credit union fee increase in FY 2008.

DIVISION OF SECURITIES

Amendments to chapter 460-24A WAC regarding misleading use of professional designations by broker-dealers, investment advisers, and their representatives.
Amending chapter 460-24A WAC regarding use of professional designations and investment adviser registration.
Amending chapter 460-80 WAC regarding franchise registration exemptions.
