] Due to schedule conflicts, the Washington utilities and
transportation commission will cancel its regular open meeting
of Thursday, October 9, 2008, and reschedule it to Wednesday,
October 8, 2008, beginning at 9:30 a.m., in the Commission's
Main Hearing Room, Second Floor, Richard Hemstad Building,
1300 South Evergreen Park Drive S.W., Olympia, WA. In all other aspects the notice filed on November 7,
2007, remains in effect.
