meeting to the schedule.

The retreat agenda will include strategic planning
sessions for fiscal year 2008-2009. A special board meeting
is anticipated to begin at approximately 4:00 p.m. The board
of directors will take action at the board meeting to approve
the corporate goals and marketing plan for the next fiscal
year.
