     Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 308-104-160 Nonmoving violation defined.

     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.01.110, 46.20.291, and 46.65.020.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Update the definition of nonmoving violations by including reference to new violations created by recent legislation.

     Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

     Process for Developing New Rule:      Agency study.
