] On October 9, 2008, I appointed Harold Goldes as the
public records officer for the department of information
services. Mr. Goldes will be responsible for the
implementation of the department's rules and regulations
regarding the release of public records, and generally
ensuring compliance with the public record disclosure
requirements of chapter 42.56 RCW. Mr. Goldes' contact
