Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 43.101.080.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: This proposal will accurately reflect the actual fee being charged for the firearms instruction and include bail recovery agents.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
