     New Policy 63.30 New Owner's Entitlement to Claims Affecting Their Rates.

     This New Policy 63.30 applies to state fund accounts when an account manager transfers the experience record from one account to another. The policy explains the new owner's protest and appeal rights and provides the new owners who have assumed the experience record of a prior owner, all the access and rights of the prior owner.

     Amended Policy 65.50 Claim Cost Penalties for Unregistered Employers.

     This policy was amended to provide guidelines to account managers for assessing claim cost penalties for employers who are unregistered at the time a worker sustains and [an] injury or disease that is allowed under the department of labor and industries.
