аааа Subject: Tribal health program: Indian health services (IHS)/office of management and budget (OMB) encounter rate increase.

аааа Effective Date: July 30, 2010.

аааа Document Description: This memo informs IHS and Tribal 638 health clinic providers of the following:

Х An increase in the IHS/OMB encounter rate retroactive to dates of service on and after January 1, 2010;

Х Changes to the state match for encounter effective August 1, 2010; and

Х Not to rebill paid claims.
