     Subject of Possible Rule Making: Local records committee meetings.

     Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 40.14.020.

     Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: The standing meeting dates no longer reflect the work load of the local records committee. Meeting dates, times and locations are published in the state register and on the agency web site.

     Other Federal and State Agencies that Regulate this Subject and the Process Coordinating the Rule with These Agencies: None.

     Process for Developing New Rule:       Negotiated rule making.
