In accordance with RCW 34.05.230(12), following is a list
of policy and interpretive statements issued by the department
of social and health services.
Division of Child Support (DCS)
Subject: Foster care and the FamLink system.
Effective Date: April 18, 2011.
Document Description: This new policy clarification memo addresses appropriate access to the FamLink system and use of the information contained in FamLink, clarifications relating to foster care debt calculations, and clarification of procedures for good cause determination in foster care cases.
