] The department is withdrawing the CR-102 for WAC 246-851-235 which was filed October 20, 2010, and published in
WSR 10-21-104. The proposal allows continuing education
credit to optometrists for courses or materials related to the
awareness of health disparities among different populations
and the ability to effectively provide health services in
cross cultural situations. Executive Order 10-06, dated November 17, 2010, orders
the suspension of noncritical rule development and adoption
through December 31, 2011. For this reason, the CR-102 for
WAC 246-851-235 is being withdrawn.
