аааа Title or Subject: 11-51 Dental Services: Coverage and Authorization Changes.

аааа Effective Date: October 1, 2011.

аааа Description: The health care authority (the agency) is making the following changes to which clients are eligible for adult dental services:

Х Retroactive to dates of service on and after July 1, 2011, the agency has increased the eligiblity [eligibility] coverage groups; and

Х Effective for dates of service on and after October 1, 2011, the agency will decrease the eligibility coverage groups.
