аааа Title or Subject: 11-77 Physician-Related Services: Year 2012 Changes and Additions to CPTж and HCPCS Codes, Policies and Fee Schedules.

аааа Effective Date: January 1, 2012.

аааа Description: Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2012, unless otherwise noted, the medicaid program of the health care authority intends to:

Х Update the physician-related services fee schedule to include the new year 2012 codes, fees, and anesthesia base units;

Х Update and clarify various policies and payment rates; and

Х Update the Physician-Related Services/Healthcare Professional Services Billing Instructions with the changes discussed in this memo.
