Pursuant to RCW 34.05.314, the following is Eastern Washington University's semi-annual agenda for WAC rules under development for January through July 2012. Additional rule-making activity, not on the agenda, may occur as conditions warrant.

     1. Rule making to repeal WAC 172-122-100 Civil demonstrations, is expected to be completed during the first half of 2012 (CR-101 was filed as WSR 11-21-087; CR-102 was filed as WSR 11-24-069).

     2. Rule making to repeal WAC 172-122-500 Posters, is expected to be completed during the first half of 2012 (CR-101 was filed as WSR 11-21-088; CR-102 was filed as WSR 11-24-070).

     Rule making to repeal WAC 172-139-030 Handbills, is expected to be completed during the first half of 2012 (CR-101 was filed as WSR 11-21-089; CR-102 was filed as WSR 11-24-071).

     3. Rule making to repeal chapter 172-136 WAC, University facilities, will continue during the first half of 2012 (CR-101 was filed as WSR 11-23-066).

     4. Rule making for chapter 172-137 WAC, Use of university facilities, will continue during the first half of 2012 (CR-101 was filed as WSR 11-21-085; CR-102 was filed as WSR 11-24-068).

     5. Rule making to repeal WAC 172-122-300 Smoking regulations, and adopt WAC 172-122-310 Use of tobacco products, will continue during the first half of 2012 (CR-101 was filed as WSR 11-24-063).

•	Rule making concerning a revision to chapter 172-144 WAC, Special charges -- Financial responsibility, is anticipated during the second half of 2011.
•	Rule making concerning a revision to chapter 172-124 WAC, Disposition of obligations owed to university by students, is anticipated during the second half of 2011.

     Removed because I haven't gotten around to it and don't think I will this period:

•	Rule making for a revision to chapter 172-09 WAC, Administration of duties and obligations required by Initiative 276 -- Academic transcripts of Eastern Washington State College students, is anticipated during the second half of 2011 (public records).

     Not added because there's not enough to go on yet:

•	Rule making concerning a revision to WAC 172-122-120 Firearms/weapons.
