NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETINGS

HEALTH CARE AUTHORITY

The health care authority (HCA) will hold a public meeting to consider the following proposed PEBB program administrative policies:

Policy #19-1: Termination Due to Loss of Eligibility. This policy applies whenever coverage for a subscriber or a subscriber's dependent is terminated due to loss of eligibility.

Policy #45-2: Special Open Enrollment (SOE). This policy applies whenever a subscriber requests an enrollment change or election change outside of the PEBB annual open enrollment.

The meeting is scheduled for February 29, 2012, at 2:30 p.m. in the Apple/Peach Conference Rooms (106A and 106B), Health Care Authority, 626 8th Avenue, Olympia, WA 98501.

The proposed policies can be downloaded on-line from http://www.pebb.hca.wa.gov/policy.html. Public comment on these proposed policies can be submitted through the web page or to Barbara Scott, P.O. Box 42684, Olympia, WA 98504-2684. The deadline for public comment is February 29, 2012.
