In accordance with RCW 34.05.230, following is a list of
policy and interpretive statements issued by the department of
social and health services (DSHS).

Subject: State plan amendment (SPA) 12-016.
Effective Date: July 1, 2012.
Document Description: The ADSA of DSHS is submitting a medicaid SPA to increase the rate paid to adult family homes for medicaid clients. The increase is based upon the adjustment to the licensing fee.
