     Following is the Washington state gambling commission's semi-annual rule-making agenda for publication in the Washington State Register pursuant to RCW 34.05.314.

     Note: These are the proposed rule changes we are aware of at the time of this filing. This list may change depending on if we receive petitions for rule change from the public or staff determines there is a technical, regulatory or statutory need.

2 The proposed amendment would correct a filing error by staff and:

• Reinstate the use of electronic facsimiles of cards for "all" card games, not just "house-banked" card games; and

• Move this rule from the house-banked card room section of the rules manual, to rules relating to all card games.

3 Staff is requesting a rule change to clarify that licensees must report certain new and updated information to us within thirty days, such as changes in their articles of incorporation or bylaws, contracts that related to gambling activities, and cash contributions. 230-06-080 12-24-025 Anticipate filing for further discussion at the February 2013 commission meeting. 4 Petition for rule change from Galaxy Gaming, Inc. and Rockland Ridge Corp. The petitioners want to connect "envy" and "share the wealth" "bonus features" between different card games and different tables within a single house-banked card room. 230-15-040
