The Washington department of fish and wildlife is
withdrawing WAC 232-36-250 and 232-36-260, filed as part of
WSR 12-20-069 on October 3, 2012. The department seeks to
clarify its statutory authority during the 2013 legislative
session with regard to this subject matter.
