Staff is proposing an amendment to allow pull-tab prizes of $20 or less to be added to cash cards used in electronic video pull-tab dispensers. This rule making is in response to a recent Thurston County superior court decision.

Staff is proposing an amendment to clarify the rule to allow more than one "envy" and "share the wealth" "bonus features" to be offered in a single card game, and to add definitions and clarifications to bring agency rules in-line with current practice.
