Rule-making activity not now anticipated may also be added as conditions warrant between semi-annual agendas.
1. Rule making for WAC 478-136-041 Alcoholic beverage policy and 478-137-050 Limitations on use, are anticipated during the first half of 2014.
2. Expedited rule making for various housekeeping changes in Title 478 WAC is anticipated during the first half of 2014.
