•	"Advisory Committees of the Board of Regents," revised November 14, 2013, effective January 1, 2014 (Board of Regents Governance, Standing Orders, Chapter 4)
•	"Authority for Washington Administrative Code Rule Making," promulgated November 14, 2013, effective January 1, 2014 (Board of Regents Governance, Standing Orders, Chapter 8)
