Subject: Hospice Services Medicaid Provider Guide.

Effective for dates of service on and after January 1, 2014, the medicaid program of the health care authority (HCA) will publish a revised Hospice Services Medicaid Provider Guide to update information regarding eligibility and authorization requirements for alien emergency medical clients and instructions on how to verify a patient's eligibility.
