Subject of Possible Rule Making: Update and cleanup of the tolling WACs, including adding an adjudication review process.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: As the program has matured, there is a need to update and add rules for new processes.
Process for Developing New Rule: Agency study.
Interested parties can participate in the decision to adopt the new rule and formulation of the proposed rule before publication. The Washington state department of transportation (WSDOT) will publish a notice for a public hearing on these rules in January 2015.
