Subject of Possible Rule Making: WAC 308-104-025 Effect of accumulation of traffic offenses and 308-104-035 Interest of safety.
Statutes Authorizing the Agency to Adopt Rules on this Subject: RCW 46.20.291(3), 46.01.110.
Reasons Why Rules on this Subject may be Needed and What They Might Accomplish: Amending WAC 308-104-025, this rule making is necessary to clarify the number of qualifying offenses that result in a license suspension, and accurately reflect the standardized sanctions process.
Repealing WAC 308-104-035, this section will be incorporated into WAC 308-104-025.
