Effective Date: December 19, 2017.
Document Description: This canary notice explains the new requirement that DCS provide continuation of services and notification when medicaid under Title XIX terminates. The requirement to provide continuation of services and notification applies only to foster care cases where DCS determines that such services and notification would be appropriate.
