Subject: SSDI/SSI concurrent benefits - limited exemption from collections.
Effective Date: November 16, 2017.
Document Description: The canary notice explains a rule change that makes Social Security disability insurance (SSDI) exempt from DCS collections if located in a financial institution account and the noncustodial parent receives both SSDI and supplemental security income benefits.
