Document Title: CN-291: Notice to Incarcerated Noncustodial Parents (NCPs) Regarding Modification.
Subject: Notice to incarcerated NCPs regarding modification.
Effective Date: November 16, 2017.
Document Description: The canary notice explains DCS notifies both parents that they may request a modification review of their child support order after DCS first learns that the noncustodial parent will be incarcerated for at least one hundred eighty more days.
