Notice of Administrative Policy Statement

Policy 36-1: Certifying eligibility for a dependent child with a disability who is age 26 or older is an administrative policy published by the public employees benefits board (PEBB) program. It applies whenever a subscriber requests to enroll a dependent child with a disability who is age twenty-six or older to his or her PEBB program subscriber account.

This policy replaces an earlier version (published in the Washington State Register as WSR 17-24-117), correcting information on the enrollment event table on page 2 of the policy. It will be effective January 1, 2018, and you can download the complete policy statement at www.hca.wa.gov/public-employee-benefits/rules-and-policies.
