NOTICE OF APPEAL
RCW 34.05.330(3)
Pursuant to RCW 34.05.330(3), you are hereby notified for publication in the Washington State Register that:
On November 30, 2017, the Governor's Office received an appeal from Dolly, Inc. relating to the Washington State Utilities and Transportation Commission's denial of a petition to repeal or amend WAC 480-14-040(1), WAC 480-14-040 (6)-(7), and WAC 400-15-181. The Governor's Office denied the Petition on January 12, 2018.
