PERMANENT RULES

The professional educator standards board filed WSR 18-05-056 permanently adopting WAC 181-79A-223 which indicated the proposal was filed as an expedited adoption in WSR 17-24-011. The expedited adoption mentioned above had already been withdrawn by the agency in WSR 18-01-121. Since WSR 18-05-056 did not have a proper proposal it is being rejected and the agency will need to go through another permanent process to adopt the changes.
